ABOUT ME

For the last 10 years, I've been wandering silently through people's lives. Watching them ever so closely, trying to capture their finest, as close to human essence, moments, while through it all remaining almost unnoticeable. It has always been my opinion, that my work shouldn't be about me, but about the objects, animate or inanimate, details, frames, and movement through the stillness of photography. So I packed my things and moved to Zagreb, where I got my degree in Photography and Cinematography from the Academy of Dramatic Arts (ADU-Zagreb). Since I moved to Zagreb I polished my craft by taking photographs of weddings, theatre, night clubs, and funerals, and spent some time working on a cruise ship, for newspapers, net portals, fashion brands, drag shows, and television shows. While taking care of business I've come to the realization that documentary photography is something that I take the most pleasure and pride in doing. It shows you life's unpredictability, if you're not careful, a perfect moment just may pass by you, so I always keep my eye open and my trigger finger ready.
